Hi, I’m Michelle, a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping individuals of all ages achieve their peak physical fitness. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve functional fitness, or lose weight, I specialize in designing personalized training programs that fit your unique goals and lifestyle. 

With certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Precision Nutrition, along with a background in biochemistry, I approach fitness from both a scientific and practical perspective. I believe that fitness is not “one size fits all”. Every body is different, and the path to success is about creating a plan that’s sustainable, effective, and tailored to you.
